Many Americans are becoming aware of the taste and health benefits of lower-fat grass-fed beef. Our Grass-Fed Angus cattle are grass-fed at Greenjacket ranch their entire life.

Born in March and April under cedar trees, they follow their mamas throughout 10,000 acres of permits adjacent to the ranch. In September they return to the alfalfa fields to be weaned, and in December start eating hay until April when the grass begins to grow. Yearlings will continue on pasture and receive ranch-raised barley until they are ready to slaughter in the fall.
