From the Bennion Beef herd, this meat is raised on pastures, fed hay in the winter, and finished with hay/grain mix. No hormones or antibiotics. Butchered at USDA inspected facility and dry-aged for at least two weeks. Vacuum wrapped. Shipped to your location for delivery within 48 hours.
