Never had Wagyu? Want a taste more? We offer a variety of cuts to experience our Bennion Beef Wagyu/Angus Cross beef. Boxes have 10 lb of beef including:

2 lbs of Steak, usually Sirloin or Flat iron

3.5 lb Roast, usually chuck or heel roast

1.5 lb Asian style short ribs plus a Kalbi Short rib marinade recipe.

3 lbs ground beef.
