Price is by hanging weight ($5/lb) plus processing (approx $1.25/lb). A half beef runs between $2400 and $2600. This is under $10/lb finished or boxed weight. You can compare and find cheaper beef, but we guarantee quality from our top Angus genetics. If you are not satisfied, we will replace the beef and make it right.
Standard cut beef is often ready to deliver, or you can custom order your own. Our standard cut is vacuum wrap, 1-inch-thick steaks, ribeye steaks, sirloin, and tri-tip, T-bone steaks, Asian short ribs, 3.5 lb chuck and heel roasts, cube steak, flat-iron, flank, skirt, full brisket, and 1 lb hamburger pkgs.
