January Quarters of Wagyu/Angus Cross Beef

We have a several large steers lined up with glorious, tender, marbled American Wagyu beef from our own herd. For January we have 4 quarters that I’m selling at the whole beef rate, or $1195 for 200 lbs. That’s less than $10 per pound for 3/4 inch thick ribeye steaks, sirloin steaks, t-bone steaks, chuck steaks, roasts, Asian short ribs, 1 tenderloin steak, and ground. We will have them split the brisket in half, or 5.5 lbs.  Delivered free on the Wasatch Front, or for $200 extra to adjoining states and Oregon/Washington/Arizona.
