Friday, July 17 – Meet & Greet

7:00–9:00 PM | The Spot, 225 SW 5th Street, Madras, Oregon

No host event – just meet, greet, and plan for Saturday!

Saturday, July 18 – Kah-Nee-Ta Resort

Sandwich Bar Lunch at a tent by the pool. Revisit the memories of Kah-Nee-Ta and relax or play. Your ticket includes admission. Additional family members may attend at the Kah-Nee-Ta day pass price ($36 online / $39 at the gate).

• Seven wellness pools including therapeutic jets, lazy river, and cold plunge
• Pickleball, mini golf, interactive games, nature trails, and more
• Open 11 AM – 7 PM | Luncheon starts at 11 AM

Saturday, July 18 – Dinner & Dancing

Elks Lodge, Madras, Oregon

• 5:00 PM – Happy Hour
• 6:00 PM – Dinner with BBQ beef and trimmings
• 7:00 PM – Group Photo
• 7:30 PM – Live music by The Substitutes

All Saturday meals and activities are included in the $75 per person package price.
