DELUXE Steak & Jerky Package - 1/2 Wagyu Beef Share

Customer: "I would like to order more Bennion Beef Wagyu steaks, which we love, but still have a freezer half full of hamburger, what can you do? BTW, we loved the jerky package you included." 

I thought this over for a few days because I'm not in the hamburger selling business, I've heard similar from a few other customers, and Wagyu genetic makes great tender jerky. What if I put together a Special Wagyu Half Beef Bundle that caters to the customer that is looking to fill their freezer, minus the ground beef.

Answer: Let's turn the round into jerky, the hamburger into chopped jerky, and the brisket into bacon. Sure, the processing will cost more, but I'll exchange processing cost for some of the hamburger. You still get the ribeyes, t-bones, sirloin steak, chuck steaks, flatiron, skirt, flank, flap, teris major, and tri-tip steaks; that's 55 lbs worth at least $1100 but up to twice that if you google Wagyu steak. Plus 10-15  lbs of kalbi short ribs made for grilling, worth $200. Plus 25 lbs of gourmet Wagyu strip jerky worth $2/oz or $800, your flavor; plus 25 lbs of chopped jerky worth at least $400; plus a 10 lb brisket worth $90 that can be made into 1-lb bacon packages.  Prices are a good faith estimate of a 450 hanging weight half beef for $2500, but actual weight and price may vary.
