Whole or half American Wagyu Beef. Regenerative ranching. Field to table. Best Utah Wagyu Beef = delicious, mouthwatering meals.
Sold by hanging weight ($5/lb) plus processing (approx $1.25/lb). The half beef are running about $2400 for heifers and $2800 to $3200 for larger steers. Delivered to your door, or arrangements for out of state. This translates to under $10 /lb finished or boxed weight. You can compare and find cheaper beef, but we guarantee quality from our top Wagyu and Angus genetics. If you are not satisfied, we will trade out your beef until you are.
Our Standard Cut is based on experience of our customers with Wagyu beef over the last couple of years and consists of:
vacuum wrap,
1-inch-thick steaks wrapped 2 per package, or about 2 lb/pkg
ribeye steaks, sirloin steaks, and tri-tip steaks,
T-bone steaks, flat-iron, flank, cube steak (2), chuck steaks
Asian style short ribs cut 1 cm thick in 1.5 lb packages
3.5 lb chuck and heel roasts, one sirloin roast, London Broil
full brisket, about 8-10 lbs
Note: 40 percent of half will be hamburger in 1-lb packages
